Search The Scriptures – Teaching And Training Ministry

“Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” John 5:39.

“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2Timothy 2:15.

This ministry is the teaching ministry of the church. It consists of weekly Sunday school, weekly Bible Study and training of workers in the church for effective ministry.

The goal of this ministry is to unveil the glory of Jesus Christ to every believer in the church, so that we can all grow in his knowledge and our relationship with him. It is also geared to equip the workers in the church to serve God faithfully, not out of a sense of duty but out of a heart that has been touched by the love and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Our sunday school holds every sunday from 9:00am to 10:00. Lessons range from basic foundational truths of our Faith, to common life issues we face in our day to day lives. We use the  RCCG Sunday school manual and other manuals adapted from sister organizations as led by the spirit. Sessions are very interactive, and many times occur in groups to facilitate discussion.

Our Bible Study starts at 6:00 pm and lasts 2 hours every Friday of the week except the first Friday of every month. This is also an interactive session where we look at individual books of the Bible and sometimes search the Word about specific topics of interest. This is always a blessed time as we renew our minds in the word by the help of the Holy Spirit.
